what can we do for you..?
We make it easier for businesses to move cargo around the world by offering both ship chartering and full logistics support. Whether you're dealing with dry bulk, breakbulk, or special project cargo, we find the right vessel at the right time—thanks to our strong relationships with trusted shipowners. Beyond chartering, we take care of the entire logistics process. From customs paperwork to freight coordination and final delivery, we manage everything across sea, land, and air. Our goal is simple: help you move goods efficiently, on time, and without unnecessary hassle.
We conduct comprehensive vessel inspections to assess structural integrity, machinery condition, safety systems, and overall seaworthiness. Our detailed survey reports support informed decisions in vessel sales, purchases, and chartering, ensuring compliance with class and flag state requirements. With deep technical insight and industry-standard practices, we help clients minimize risk and maximize asset value before acquisition.
We perform thorough on-hire and client condition surveys to document a vessel’s structural and operational status at the start and end of a charter. These inspections cover hull condition, cargo holds, deck equipment, and bunker quantities to protect owners and charterers from disputes. Our unbiased reports ensure transparency, support claims management, and establish a clear basis for liabilities
We conduct pre-vetting inspections to prepare vessels for upcoming vetting by oil majors, PSC, or other regulatory bodies. Our inspections follow industry-standard checklists (e.g., OCIMF/SIRE, CDI) and focus on safety management systems, structural condition, equipment functionality, and crew readiness. By identifying and addressing deficiencies in advance, we help clients improve inspection outcomes and maintain operational reputation and compliance.
We provide comprehensive onboard assessments aligned with the new SIRE 2.0 (Ship Inspection Report Programme) requirements for oil and chemical tankers. Our inspections evaluate vessel condition, crew competency, safety management, and real-time operational practices using the Human Factors and Enhanced Questionnaire approach. By preparing tankers for OCIMF vetting under SIRE 2.0, we help ensure regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and improved vetting outcomes for charter approvals.
We perform independent bunker quantity surveys to verify fuel volumes during delivery, transfer, or charter handovers. Our inspections ensure accurate measurement of fuel on board, detect discrepancies, and help prevent disputes between suppliers, owners, and charterers. Using certified gauging techniques and standardized reporting, we provide transparent documentation to support operational and commercial accountability.
We carry out detailed inspections of electrical systems and instrumentation to ensure operational safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Our scope includes cable routing, panel integrity, grounding, sensor calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of control systems. Whether during construction, commissioning, or maintenance, we help identify risks, ensure proper installation, and support certification processes.
We provide certified Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services conducted by Level I and II technicians in accordance with ISO and ASNT standards. Our capabilities include Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Visual Testing (VT). These methods are used to detect surface and subsurface flaws in welds, structures, and components—supporting quality assurance, integrity verification, and compliance across marine, offshore, and industrial projects.
We offer comprehensive welding inspection services to ensure weld quality, structural integrity, and code compliance. Our certified inspectors verify WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) adherence, check welder qualifications, and conduct visual and NDT evaluations during fabrication and construction. Inspections are carried out in accordance with international standards such as ASME, AWS, API, and ISO, supporting both onshore and offshore project requirements.
